Murphy'S Transit Villa Airport Pick & Drop Katunayake

It was located in a calm area in quiet residential area. I had a warm welcome from the host:)))

All staff were nice.

reasonably spacious rooms included with comfortable beds. it was located in a peaceful area next to sri lanka as well as train to colombo, the host showed us the property.

The location was just a short distance from the airport, which made it convenient for our early morning flight. The host was kind enough to provide us with a shuttle service at a reasonable cost, even though it was late at night. The villa itself was spacious and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms. One of the highlights was the rooftop area, which offered a peaceful and lovely setting to relax. it was a pleasant experience and we would consider staying here again.

The lack of signage outside the gate, which made it a bit challenging to locate the property. However, with the help of a passerby and the correct pin on Google maps, we were able to find it.

Bad WiFi.

Stayed 1 night and didn't want to leave. The owner was always available. Beautifully maintained rooms, facilities were included, like a fridge, climate control, and a sitting area. There was a bath. We enjoyed the cafe, where the breakfast was served.

The hospitality at Murphy's Villa was exceptional. The room was incredibly neat and clean, giving it a brand new feel. Being just a 10-minute walk from the airport, it was extremely convenient for any tourist. The peaceful environment and surrounding greenery added to the overall charm of the place. The hotel also offered airport pickup service, making it even more convenient for travelers.

I had a layover and wanted a hotel close to the airport. Murphy's Villa was the perfect choice. The room had all the essentials and the pantry was well-stocked with water, tea, and a water heater. The staff, including the owner, went above and beyond. They even offered to drive us around in the middle of the night to find a mini market. The newly renovated villa was beautiful, with a rooftop sitting area. If I'm back in Sri Lanka, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location near the airport, perfect for late-night arrivals. Modern and spacious rooms with high-quality amenities. the host was excellent, super helpful, and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again before departing Sri Lanka. Good restaurant nearby, with the option for the host to provide transportation.

Great place for sightseeing, beautiful garden view from the balcony, and the staff is really friendly and welcoming.

Convenient location near the train station and bus stop, making it easy to get around. Plus, there's a great cafe nearby called Sasha cafe 😊.

The private bathroom was fantastic with a bidet and free toiletries, making me feel like a queen. The double room was equipped with an electric kettle, kitchenware, and a dining area, making it super convenient for making a quick meal or having a cozy dinner. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the electric kettle a little outdated, but hey, that's just me. Others might still find it perfectly functional.

Mind-blowingly friendly staff, super accommodating, allowed me to store extra belongings, gave great recommendations. Spacious room, great AC. Close to the airport and worth checking out nearby Negombo.

Free WiFi that works as slow as a snail, air conditioning that freezes you faster than the North Pole, free bikes that make you feel like a pro cyclist, and a garden where you can get lost and pretend you're in the middle of a jungle.

The only minor drawback was the lack of hot water in the bathroom, but it didn't detract from our overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and excellent service.
